Refund policy
Full refund before work starts: if your order is cancelled before any inspection visit has been scheduled or started, you receive a full refund of everything you paid.
After work starts: contact us at hello@checkit.homes and we will assess your case fairly, based on how much of the work has been carried out.
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through our payment provider. We process them promptly; your bank determines when the amount appears on your statement.
